The Problem

The client had a WordPress site scoring 53 on mobile PageSpeed. Google Ads were running to a slow landing page, bleeding Quality Score and paying more per click than competitors. No schema markup, no structured data, no AI search visibility. Five clinic locations sharing one generic page.

The owner had spoken to multiple developers over the years and passed on everything he saw. The brief: beat competitors on performance, build something that looks like a real operation.
